Spanish Cabinet: On Spanish Constitution and Stability

By Silvana Karamoko

Today, November 22, the cabinet of Spain formally invited representatives from each of the 17 regions to discuss the problems facing Spanish unity, and how the central Spanish government can fix different issues. The Minister of Justice opened the investigations on police officers and home affairs. The ministers discussed about corruption and other possible misdemeanors. The most contentious subject of this meeting was the change in the Spanish constitution, on which many of the ministers disagreed. The few ministers who supported the change wanted improved stability in the Spanish state.
